Hawaiian Paradise Park (HPP) is not a "Planned Community"
Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners Association (HPPOA) is not an HOA
Restricted Road Maintenance Fees are not "Dues"
HPPOA has a Speed Hump Policy
HPPOA did not involve HPP Owners in HPPOA's installation of Speed Bumps on the Owners' roads.
In circumventing Owners in the Speed Bump installation process, HPPOA has violated their own Speed Hump Policy.
HPPOA collects more than THREE MILLION DOLLARS, in restricted road fee money annually, from HPP owners. Yet HPP roads are in poor condition because they are not the priority they should be.
HPPOA is not happy the money HPP owners pay is Restricted Road Fee Money. HPPOA would like some of that money to be "unrestricted," so that they can "use it for so much more," making HPP roads even less of a priority.
The HPPOA board holds a monthly meeting at which HPP Owners are allowed to speak for three minutes.
HPP Owners are given three Owner/Member meetings a year at which HPP Owners are allowed to speak even more.

HPPOA is involved in several lawsuits. One is close to being dismissed after settlement. But there is another which was filed as a result of the board breaching fiduciary duty, violating deed restrictions, and more. These cases and the DETAILS regarding them have been rarely disclosed to HPP Owners.
The next Owners/Members Meeting will be held Sunday, 3:00 PM, October 26, at the HPPOA clubhouse
